Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended among others that public-private partnerships should increase their investment and focus on developing and improving transportation facilities by conducting thorough assessments to identify and address gaps, offering incentives such as tax breaks, grants, or subsidies to private entities, and encouraging integrated planning and collaboration between public agencies and private partners to ensure effective execution of transportation projects that meet community needs.
