The research focused on examining how principals in secondary schools in Enugu State supervise support services to enhance students' personnel management. Two research questions were formulated and two null hypotheses were tested at a significance level of 0.05. A descriptive survey research design was used for the study. The total population consisted of 8,816 participants, including 295 principals and 8,521 teachers. The sample size was 441 participants, including 15 principals and 426 teachers, selected using stratified and proportionate random sampling techniques representing 5% of the respondents. The data collection instrument was a researcher-structured questionnaire called the "Principals' Supervision of Support Services for Enhancement of Students' Personnel Administration Questionnaire (PSSSESPAQ)". The questionnaire was validated by three research experts and demonstrated high reliability with a Cronbach Alpha coefficient of 0.80. The research questions were answered using mean scores and standard deviations, while the hypotheses were tested using a t-test at a significance level of 0.05. The study found that principals in Enugu State supervise medical and recreation services to a great extent in order to enhance students' personnel administration in secondary schools. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends that school principals collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve medical services by raising funds for a standard clinic and ensuring regular provision of medication. Additionally, both the government and school administrators should work together to effectively supervise essential recreational services to enhance the management of students' personnel services and promote sustainable secondary education.
